8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 6 hours in advance: 25% discount
* Non-receipt: Deduct the value of one day

* Refunds are issued 21 days after the vehicle is returned.

إتمام عملية الدفع عبر الموقع لا يعني قبول الحجز بشكل نهائي، ولا يُعد تأكيدًا لاستلام المركبة.

يحق للشركة رفض الطلب أو إلغاء الحجز لأي سبب نظامي أو تشغيلي، بما في ذلك عدم مطابقة بيانات العميل، عدم توفر السيارة، وجود ملاحظات ائتمانية أو تأجيرية، أو عدم استيفاء متطلبات التأجير.
في حال تم رفض الطلب بعد الدفع، يتم إعادة المبلغ المدفوع للعميل حسب طريقة الدفع المستخدمة والمدة المعتمدة من مزود خدمة الدفع.
